Service plans

Sell one plan. Get paid every month.

Planramp builds your plan page, collects the payments and manages each membership, whatever your trade. You choose the price, what is included and the terms you offer.

Get started

An example plan page. Yours carries your business name and your price.

Yours to set

What you build and sell.

The plan
Describe the work in your own words. Planramp turns it into a structured plan draft. No blank form to fill in.
The price
You set the price that works for you. The fee that applies is stated up front and fixed for the life of the subscription.
The plan page
Publish your own service plan page, with your name and your logo. No need to pay a developer.
The small print
Your limits, exclusions, waiting periods and cancellation terms are on the plan, so customers know what they are signing up to.

What Planramp handles

Questions about the admin.

Who chases a failed payment?

Not you. The card is retried automatically, and the recovery message follows a pattern you approve once, in advance, so it goes out at the right moment without you writing it then.

Do I have to write the invitation?

No. Planramp drafts a personalised invitation from your own customer records and never adds a claim you did not make. No invitation is sent until you have approved it.

What about customers who asked not to be contacted?

They are left out. Marketing permissions, opt-outs and suppression records sit in the customer record and override anything Planramp suggests sending.

Who keeps track of who is a member?

Planramp does. Renewals, cancellations, service reminders and the benefits used against each plan all sit against the customer record, so the answer is the same whoever is asked.

Who tells a customer their service is due?

Planramp does. Renewal and service reminders go out against the dates the plan sets, so the diary is not something to hold in your head or in a notebook.

Can I see what a member has already used?

Yes. What each plan includes and what has been taken against it is tracked on the customer record, so entitlement is looked up rather than remembered.

What happens when a customer cancels?

It is recorded against them and the collection stops, on the terms you set. Planramp administers the cancellation; the terms it follows are yours.

How do I see what it is bringing in?

Recurring revenue, retention and membership activity are reported back to you. It is your own revenue, counted rather than projected, and it does not need a spreadsheet.

The first plan is the work you already repeat.

No upfront costs. No monthly fees.
