The plans, the customers, and the income are yours.
Four steps, and the first one is a description in your own words. Nothing below is a surprise.

From nothing to paid.
- Describe the planSay what the work covers, out loud or typed. Planramp turns that into a draft plan, and you type the price.
- Publish the pageYour subscription page goes live under your own name and logo.
- Offer itSend the link after a job, or to customers already in your phone.
- Get paidThe payment arrives every month, and nobody has to chase it.
What it costs.

How you get paid.
- How your customer pays
- By card, automatically, every month.
- If a card is declined
- The card is retried automatically. You are not the one chasing it.
- Cancelling or changing a plan
- The rules are yours to set, and your customer sees them before they subscribe, not after.
It drafts. You decide.
- The price
- Yours alone. Planramp never suggests one.
- The promises
- It writes up what you described and never adds a promise you did not make.
- The messages
- It drafts them, you send them. A late-payment reminder is the one that goes on its own, using wording you approved in advance.
Yours, not ours.
- Your customers
- They belong to your account. Planramp never shares them with another business.
- The plan
- The price, what is included and the terms are all yours to set.
- The money
- Payments land in your own account. Planramp takes its fee from each one and never holds your money.
- What your customer sees
- Your name and your logo. Not Planramp's.
- The work
- Yours to do, and yours to hold the licences and insurance for.
Questions about how it works.
What do I need before I can publish a plan?
A description of the work and a price. Planramp turns what you describe into a structured plan and asks you where a detail is missing. The price is the one thing you type yourself.
If I describe a plan out loud, is the recording kept?
No. What you said is turned into text and the recording is discarded.
Who writes the terms my customer agrees to?
Planramp generates the terms document. What it says is your decision. You set the price, what is included, your area and your response times before it goes out.
What does my customer see when they subscribe?
Your plan page, carrying your name and your logo, and a receipt from your business. They are buying from you, not from Planramp.
Where do my customer's card details go?
Straight to the payment service that takes the payment. Card numbers never reach Planramp's servers, logs or database. That is how the payment side is built, not a setting anyone can switch off.
How does a customer get to my plan page?
You send them the link. After a job, from your phone while you are standing there, or to customers already in your records.
How does a customer change their card later?
From their own account, without going through you. Anything that touches money sits behind a sign-in. Changing a card is theirs to do, not a call you take between jobs.
Does Planramp contact my customers itself?
Never in its own name. It goes out as you, from your own records. You send the invitations, and a payment reminder uses wording you approved first. Anyone who opted out is left out.
